About the role

  • Represent institutional and private lenders, owners, developers, and asset managers in commercial real estate transactions and ongoing operations.
  • Advise clients in acquisition, development, leasing, asset management, financing, and sale of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties.
  • Represent landlords, tenants, subtenants, and asset managers in all aspects of structuring and leasing properties.

Requirements

  • 3-12 years (6-12 years preferred) of experience in mortgage financing and sale-purchase transactions
  • Experience with drafting LLC agreements is a plus.
  • Excellence in writing, legal analysis, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid academic background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be admitted in New York.
