About the role

Responsibilities
- Represent institutional and private lenders, owners, developers, and asset managers in commercial real estate transactions and ongoing operations.
- Advise clients in acquisition, development, leasing, asset management, financing, and sale of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties.
- Represent landlords, tenants, subtenants, and asset managers in all aspects of structuring and leasing properties.
Requirements
- 3-12 years (6-12 years preferred) of experience in mortgage financing and sale-purchase transactions
- Experience with drafting LLC agreements is a plus.
- Excellence in writing, legal analysis, and negotiation skills.
- Solid academic background.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be admitted in New York.
