About the role

  • Systems Project and Compliance Coordinator ensuring robust compliance and effective controls across Finance Systems. Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders on governance and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all documentation and approvals for compliance and audit packages across Finance systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of materials for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain centralized repository for compliance documentation and approvals.
  • Work with IT and business teams on User Access Reviews (UAR) to ensure proper segregation of duties and compliance.
  • Partner with IT on cybersecurity requests, High Value Asset (HVA) assessments, and vendor compliance reviews, including SOC report evaluations.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes for effective controls monitoring.
  • Track and enforce accountability for control activities across team members.
  • Identify opportunities for improving compliance workflows and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate small to medium-sized projects within the Finance Systems organization.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit coordination, or project management within Finance or IT environments.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on governance and risk management initiatives.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4) and finance applications.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and SOC report reviews.
  • Exposure to project management tools and methodologies.
  • Certifications in compliance, audit, or project management are a plus.
