Responsibilities
Lead and grow broadcaster and client relationships across central Europe.
Drive sales of media rights and related services through strategic account management, innovative pitching, and collaborative deal-making.
Identify new business opportunities and commercial partnerships that expand reach and deliver long-term value to rights holders.
Support the creation of impactful sales materials and tailored proposals that reflect Two Circles’ data-driven approach and commercial insight.
Collaborate with colleagues across production, distribution, and marketing to deliver complete, professional solutions to partners and clients.
Represent Two Circles externally at meetings, industry events, and market fairs – with travel expected across the region and beyond.
Requirements
**What we’re looking for:**
Proven experience in media rights, sports, or entertainment sales, ideally with an understanding of the central European broadcast and digital landscape.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive deals independently.
A proactive, commercial mindset – spotting opportunities, building trust, and delivering tangible business outcomes.
Highly organised and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritise across different markets and projects.
Fluency in English is required.
Based in Stockholm
Knowledge or experience within football is a bonus.
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe as needed.
