About the role

  • Sales Manager overseeing broadcaster and client relationships in central Europe for Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. Driving growth in media rights and new commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow broadcaster and client relationships across central Europe.
  • Drive sales of media rights and related services through strategic account management, innovative pitching, and collaborative deal-making.
  • Identify new business opportunities and commercial partnerships that expand reach and deliver long-term value to rights holders.
  • Support the creation of impactful sales materials and tailored proposals that reflect Two Circles’ data-driven approach and commercial insight.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across production, distribution, and marketing to deliver complete, professional solutions to partners and clients.
  • Represent Two Circles externally at meetings, industry events, and market fairs – with travel expected across the region and beyond.

Requirements

  • **What we’re looking for:**
  • Proven experience in media rights, sports, or entertainment sales, ideally with an understanding of the central European broadcast and digital landscape.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive deals independently.
  • A proactive, commercial mindset – spotting opportunities, building trust, and delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Highly organised and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritise across different markets and projects.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Based in Stockholm
  • Knowledge or experience within football is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe as needed.
