Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and management of SRHR-related health systems access programs and initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with governments, NGOs, donors, and community organisations to enhance program impact.
Conduct evidence-based analysis and utilise data to inform program strategies and decision-making processes.
Advocate for policy reforms and resource allocation that support improved access to SRHR services within health systems.
Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare detailed reports to communicate impact to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-sector collaboration to integrate SRHR goals into broader health system strengthening efforts.
Provide technical guidance and capacity building to partners and project teams to enhance program quality and sustainability.
Represent CIFF at relevant forums, conferences, and working groups to advance the organisation’s SRHR agenda.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, International Development, Health Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing SRHR programs with a focus on health systems strengthening in low- and middle-income countries.
Strong knowledge of sexual and reproductive health rights, adolescent health, and gender equity issues.
Demonstrated experience in program design, monitoring and evaluation, and using data to drive program improvements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Proven track record in advocacy and policy engagement related to health systems and SRHR.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an asset.
Benefits
Annual leave - 25 days per annum. Increasing by 1 day after each year of service to a maximum of 30 days.
