About the role

  • You will support our team with a clear focus on finance and administration.
  • With your structured way of working, you ensure internal processes run smoothly and free up management to focus on strategic tasks.
  • Preparatory accounting (e.g., document management, account reconciliation, cooperation with the tax advisor)
  • Grant/funding management (research, application, documentation and reporting)
  • Office management (e.g., filing, contract administration, ordering supplies, general organization)
  • Travel planning & expense reporting
  • Administrative support for management (e.g., with applications, reporting, personnel files)
  • General support for operational processes where needed

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in finance, accounting, office management or as an assistant, preferably in a startup or health tech environment
  • Structured, careful and independent working style
  • Confident use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, ideally also DATEV Unternehmen online)
  • Willingness to learn new topics such as grant funding or software tools
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; solid English skills
