Responsibilities

With your structured way of working, you ensure internal processes run smoothly and free up management to focus on strategic tasks.
Preparatory accounting (e.g., document management, account reconciliation, cooperation with the tax advisor)
Grant/funding management (research, application, documentation and reporting)
Office management (e.g., filing, contract administration, ordering supplies, general organization)
Travel planning & expense reporting
Administrative support for management (e.g., with applications, reporting, personnel files)
General support for operational processes where needed
Requirements
Initial professional experience in finance, accounting, office management or as an assistant, preferably in a startup or health tech environment
Structured, careful and independent working style
Confident use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, ideally also DATEV Unternehmen online)
Willingness to learn new topics such as grant funding or software tools
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; solid English skills
