About the role

Responsibilities
- You will support our team with a clear focus on finance and administration.
- With your structured way of working, you ensure internal processes run smoothly and free up management to focus on strategic tasks.
- Preparatory accounting (e.g., document management, account reconciliation, cooperation with the tax advisor)
- Grant/funding management (research, application, documentation and reporting)
- Office management (e.g., filing, contract administration, ordering supplies, general organization)
- Travel planning & expense reporting
- Administrative support for management (e.g., with applications, reporting, personnel files)
- General support for operational processes where needed
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in finance, accounting, office management or as an assistant, preferably in a startup or health tech environment
- Structured, careful and independent working style
- Confident use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, ideally also DATEV Unternehmen online)
- Willingness to learn new topics such as grant funding or software tools
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; solid English skills
