Responsibilities

Act as a value-add creator by offering expert industry insights, financial planning, and risk management strategies.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and provide strategic recommendations based on financial data.
Implement effective cash flow management strategies to optimise working capital and support business growth.
Develop and oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the financial health of the organisation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong track record of success in transformative financial initiatives.
Expertise in fundraising, exits, and due diligence processes.
In-depth industry knowledge and the ability to provide valuable insights.
Excellent financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Expert and highly effective communication skills to collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders.
A recognised accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ICAEW/ICAS)
