About the role
- Finance Analyst supporting reimbursement management for the OXXO Brasil retail ecosystem. Ensuring compliance and addressing employee inquiries in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of reimbursements related to corporate cards, travel, lodging, meals, and tolls;
- Verify receipts and supporting documents;
- Ensure that requests comply with internal policies;
- Route payment requests through the correct process flow;
- Assist employees with questions and clarification requests;
- Contribute to the organization and improvement of the reimbursement process.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
- Experience with and knowledge of the SAP system;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Administrative experience will be considered a plus.
