About the role

  • Interact and nurture relationships with clients, while ensuring their needs are met in the best interest of the clients and the Company.
  • Develop a Strategic Account Plan for the Clients of the assigned territory.
  • Position Cedacri as a key partner for each Client.
  • Detail Unique Value Propositions for each client.
  • Identify and qualify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and the other functions within the Company.
  • Manage a portfolio of business opportunities.
  • Deliver proposals with high quality standards.
  • Keep records and maintain documentation of client interactions.
  • Actively participate in Contracts’ renewal processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in management, Engineering or in a quantitative field (with honors).
  • Proven experience in leading consulting companies (Big Four / IT Consulting / Strategy).
  • Strong FSI/Core Banking skills.
  • High commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Consultative Selling capabilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language.
