About the role

  • Receive clients pre-qualified by our SDR team and conduct product demonstrations and negotiate our system;
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between teams with excellent alignment and communication;
  • Update the CRM (HubSpot) in accordance with the team's playbook;
  • Adhere to quantity and quality KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a B2B salesperson (commercial consultant, sales executive, or closer);
  • Experience working with sales targets/quotas;
  • Self-managed profile (strong ability to organize tasks and schedule);
  • Knowledge of sales frameworks (GPCT or SPIN Selling);
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines;
  • Availability to work hybrid, 3 days per week in the office in São Leopoldo, RS;
  • Experience with HubSpot;
  • Experience selling to restaurants;
  • Experience working in a startup environment;
  • Experience selling SaaS products;
