Responsibilities
- Performing activities in compliance with applicable Corporate and Clinical Operations Policies
- Assists Clinical Monitoring staff with site management activities
- Creates and assists with maintenance of Trial Master File (TMF)
- Prepares and maintains site manuals and reference tools
- Maintains, updates, and inputs clinical tracking information into databases
- Tracks incoming and outgoing clinical and regulatory documents
- Manages shared mailbox and processes site requests
- Coordinates ordering, packaging, shipping and tracking of site supplies
- Assists with coordination of team meetings and prepares meeting minutes
- May handle receipt, tracking and disposition of Case Report Forms
