About the role

  • Client Service Advisor managing a variety of client portfolios in the insurance domain. Working collaboratively in the Lyon office to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients for our Lyon office
  • Ensure the correct issuance of insurance certificates and follow up on responses from insurance companies for delivery to clients
  • Monitor updates to sums insured
  • Verify consistency with existing policies/records
  • Update contact details of stakeholders between valuation cycles
  • Provide telephone support to clients
  • Draft policy endorsements under the responsibility of Specialized Advisors
  • Calculate premiums and ensure correct issuance and distribution of invoices/billing
  • Monitor payments and handle dunning procedures/formal notices
  • Work on lines such as Motor (Auto), Liability (RC), RCD, DAB

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and customer-service oriented
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • English language proficiency would be an advantage
