Responsibilities
Recording, processing and coordinating customer orders in the warehouse management system and liaising with customers, the warehouse and shipping
Managing and monitoring the material flow, including ensuring smooth goods handling
Preparing, producing and attaching shipping labels and creating all relevant shipping and clearance documents
Booking goods in and out of inventory, maintaining stock records and conducting inventory checks
Coordinating, checking and handling loading operations and trucks, including communication with drivers
Ensuring compliance with safety and dangerous goods regulations (ADR) and performing general administrative tasks
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in the described area is desirable
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and SAP is an advantage
Strong communication skills; organized and detail-oriented
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office
