About the role

  • Customer Service Representative managing customer orders and inquiries for Abracon, LLC in Bee Cave, TX. Responsible for resolving discrepancies and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify customers’ orders are placed correctly
  • Work closely with customers to resolve any order discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Regularly review customers backlog of open orders
  • Review any order changes submitted and once approved update system accurately
  • Expedite any urgent or late orders
  • Manage email inbox effectively and in an organized manner
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in Customer Service-related field is preferred
