About the role
- Acts as the primary support and day to day contact for the client service teams
- Builds and maintains excellent relationships with the client and/or carriers
- Creates and proactively maintains the client tariff database
- Verifies documentation for release conditions and compliance
- Creates customs entries in the appropriate system
- Conducts documented internal audits
Requirements
- 3 years of related experience
- High School/GED or equivalent
- Working towards/or successful completion of the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation is a requirement
- Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Word and Excel software
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
