About the role

  • Acts as the primary support and day to day contact for the client service teams
  • Builds and maintains excellent relationships with the client and/or carriers
  • Creates and proactively maintains the client tariff database
  • Verifies documentation for release conditions and compliance
  • Creates customs entries in the appropriate system
  • Conducts documented internal audits

Requirements

  • 3 years of related experience
  • High School/GED or equivalent
  • Working towards/or successful completion of the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation is a requirement
  • Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel software
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
