Responsibilities
Work with Client Account Managers (CAMs) and Client Segment Leaders on Strategic account management
Build relationships with regional leaders and segment leaders
Partner with Enterprise Innovation for targeted client solutions
Lead IA client engagement activities from opportunity to business capture
Generate and qualify business leads in the region
Co-develop client strategy
Manage profit and loss for the region
Monitor industry trends
Identify strategic accounts for the region
Conduct Account/Client Satisfaction Surveys
Implement go-to-market strategies

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
12-15+ years in a business/consulting environment
Proven ability to break into new accounts and expand service offerings
Develop a sales lead from start to finish including opportunity development and contract negotiation
