About the role
- HSE Specialist in BAM Nederland ensuring safety and wellness in project execution while supporting teams on HSE policies. Leading inspections, audits, and compliance efforts in the field.
Responsibilities
- Begeleidt en ondersteunt project- en contractteams bij HSE‑activiteiten, zoals onboarding, V&G‑plannen, risicosessies en toolboxen;
- Voert regelmatig inspecties uit op de werk- en projectlocaties en bespreekt resultaten met het contract- en projectteam;
- Coördineert en bewaakt HSE‑processen op projecten, waaronder audits, risicobeoordelingen en veiligheidsmomenten, en fungeert als kritische sparringpartner voor projectmanagement en uitvoering;
- Trends en afwijkingen vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties om de veiligheidscultuur structureel te versterken;
- Borgt naleving van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu en stemt HSE‑ en duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen af met betrokken afdelingen;
- Ondersteunt tenders en nieuwe contracten met Integrale Veiligheidsplannen, V&G‑documentatie, risicosessies en Projectgebonden RI&E’s;
- Voert ongevalsonderzoeken en incidentanalyses uit en ondersteunt teams bij het structureel verbeteren van veilig werken.
Requirements
- Je beschikt over minimaal hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau, minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring binnen HSE en minimaal een afgeronde MVK-opleiding;
- Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen, implementeren en monitoren van HSE beleid en bijbehorende instrumenten;
- Je werkt landelijk, met een functionele focus op het oostelijk deel van Nederland;
- Je denkt vooruit en weet business unit brede vraagstukken te doorgronden, vertalen naar de praktijk en dit proactief bij te sturen.
