Requirements
- 빠르게 성장하는 SaaS/테크 기업 또는 컨설팅쪽에서 5~15년의 관련 경험이 있는 분
- 복잡한 이슈를 빠르게 구조화하여 문제를 해결할 수 있는 분
- 조직 설계, 재무, HR에 대한 이해도가 높은 분
- OKR, 경영 리뷰, 이사회 보고 등을 설계 후 정착까지 주도해 본 분
- 데이터를 읽고 다루는 역량이 있으며, 관련된 툴을 활용할 수 있는 분
- 명확한 문서화·커뮤니케이션 역량을 갖추고, 영어(또는 일본어) 협업이 가능한 분
- 창업형 리더와 호흡하며 필요한 최소한의 시스템을 정확히 설계하고 운영할 수 있는 분
