About the role

  • Drive executive team cohesion and engagement
  • Lead a variety of high-impact projects in close collaboration with the founders
  • Support the development of company strategy
  • Conduct analyses to identify root causes behind results on specific topics
  • Define and monitor performance frameworks
  • Contribute to sourcing best practices and their implementation at papernest
  • Consolidate external benchmarks
  • Conduct selective deep dives on business-critical topics
  • Participate in senior management hiring processes
  • Identify and map potential M&A targets, meet with them regularly, and coordinate follow-up with the strategy team and founders
  • Facilitate internal communications: run company ritual communications, create materials, and coordinate executive team members
  • Map key external decision-makers in our ecosystem
  • Engage with influential stakeholders and represent papernest's viewpoints
  • Develop creative content ideas, collaborate with teams to produce them, and promote them to journalists
  • Serve as a papernest spokesperson on key topics
  • Contribute to and improve papernest's communications (LinkedIn, press releases)

  • Proven managerial experience
  • Degree from a top business, science, or engineering school
  • Languages: fluency in English required; French and Spanish are a plus
