About the role

  • Chief of staff supporting founders in building systems and driving strategic initiatives in a fast-growing health platform. Interface with investors and oversee critical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own critical cross-functional projects (fundraising materials, special ops, international expansion prep)
  • Be the execution engine for strategic initiatives that don't fit neatly into a single department
  • Build systems and processes that allow the founding team to scale without breaking
  • Interface with investors, partners, and key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Draft monthly investor updates (metrics, wins, asks) and maintain investor CRM
  • Coordinate board materials and follow-up action items
  • Lead international expansion prep (UK, Portugal, Spain): regulatory research, partner mapping, pilot coordination
  • Run weekly leadership syncs with department heads (GTM, Product, Ops)
  • Design and implement SOPs for recurring high-leverage activities (board prep, hiring process, partnership evaluation)

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking
  • Worked directly with founders or C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Master of execution: You build financial models, write crisp decks, and ship projects end-to-end
  • SaaS tool power user: Notion, Airtable, Figma, Raycast, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)
  • Spreadsheet wizard: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
  • Exceptional writer: Can draft investor memos, board materials, and strategic docs with clarity and precision
  • Fluent in English + French (critical for FR/UK/PT markets).
