About the role

  • Chief of Staff driving business planning and performance initiatives at Elevance Health. Collaborating with executives to ensure effective execution of strategic goals and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the annual planning efforts and the execution of the 3-year annual business plan
  • Program responsibilities such as executive reporting, project communications, management of issues logs and change requests
  • Facilitating project meetings, managing deliverables and ensuring resolution of escalated issues
  • Develops and coordinates presentations and materials for executive management meetings
  • Leads the business readiness activities with Business Development for state contract bids
  • Responsible for the implementation and execution of strategy that includes change management, sponsorship and buy-in

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • Experience in a highly matrixed healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of KanCare and regulatory requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
