Responsibilities
Serve as primary advisor and thought partner to the CEO and C-level leaders across strategy, operations, and communications.
Prioritize and manage executive agendas and ensure timely execution of top priorities.
Lead special projects and strategic programs that span business units and identify and solve operational bottlenecks.
Draft C-level communications, presentations, and executive updates.
Help Support cultural initiatives, change-management programs, and internal communication efforts.
Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance, financial literacy, legal & regulatory requirements, and business strategy, particularly in SaaS business model fundamentals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Commerce, or equivalent.
5+ years of progressive experience in business strategy, operations, management consulting, corporate planning, or executive support roles, or a combination of both.
5+ years of experience working with senior executive stakeholders, particularly with the c-suite level.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking skills, and adept strategic thinking skills.
Exceptional at organizing and prioritizing information, events, and initiatives and can handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Proven ability to communicate exceedingly well, influenced by emotional intelligence and an ability to influence without authority.
Willingness to occasionally travel with a valid passport and no travel restrictions.
