About the role

  • Chief of Staff supporting the CEO at Cloud9, transforming hospitality with AI-driven execution. Streamlining operations and maximizing productivity in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Protect CEO's calendar so 90% of the time maps to the top 3 company KPIs.
  • Eliminate >80% of inbound distractions (calls, emails, meetings) that don’t drive leverage.
  • Anticipate CEO's needs a minimum of 72 hours ahead, removing bottlenecks before they appear.
  • Run weekly sync with CEO—capture action items, ensure 100% closed-loop follow-up.
  • Orchestrate CEO travel (business + personal) with contingencies that produce zero misses.
  • Manage media, events, and investor touchpoints—ensure the CEO is prepped, polished, and on time.
  • Draft and triage communications—deliver only “signal, not noise” to CEO's attention.
  • Integrate business + personal operations so the CEO never loses momentum.
  • Build repeatable systems for scheduling, travel, and execution—remove yourself as a bottleneck.
  • Flex evenings/weekends when needed—CEO pace sets the tempo.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years supporting founders, CEOs, or high-net-worth operators.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple domains (personal + business) without confusion.
  • Elite written + verbal communicator. Zero wasted words. Signal only.
  • Bulletproof discretion—trusted with sensitive information.
  • High EQ. Calm under pressure. Zero drama.
  • Outcome obsession—can show past KPIs you’ve shifted (time saved, errors reduced, throughput increased).
  • Fast response time. Always on. No delay loops.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adjust fast, and own outcomes without excuses.
