Responsibilities
- Eindverantwoordelijk voor de financiële besturing, verslaglegging, compliance en business control
- Als lid van het directieteam sparringpartner voor CEO, CCO, CTO en meerderheidsaandeelhouder Knop Investments
- Opzetten en professionaliseren van business control en business intelligence cyclus als fundament onder datagedreven besluitvorming.
- Leiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van het finance team (5 FTE)
- Herinrichten van de financiële administratie ten behoeve van het ontsluiten van betere stuurinformatie en forecasting.
- Strategisch adviseren en begeleiden van acquisities (buy & build) inclusief integratieprocessen
Requirements
- WO opgeleid, in een financiële of bedrijfskundige richting, idealiter aangevuld met een RC/of RA of MBA opleiding
- 10 tot 15 jaar ervaring in een financiële leiderschaps/management-positie, bij voorkeur in een scale up of (groot) MKB omgeving met P&L (eind)verantwoordelijkheid
- Begrip van fiscaliteit, financiële IT-structuren, integraties en BI-oplossingen
- Ervaring met het opzetten en versterken van business control en reporting
- Ervaring in betrokkenheid bij buy-and-build trajecten en werken met/voor private equity is een pre
- Ervaring in professionele dienstverlening, is een sterke pré
- In staat om complexe verandertrajecten te leiden en te vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen in processen, systemen en rapportages
- Strategisch en analytisch sterk, met affiniteit voor business intelligence en data-gedreven besluitvorming
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
