Responsibilities
Manage and support change activities aligned with customer strategies.
Develop and deliver engaging communication campaigns tailored to diverse audiences.
Identify key business impacts of change and work with stakeholders to manage them effectively.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
Design training content and learning paths to support capability building.
Conduct change impact assessments and support end-user adoption activities.
Measure and track adoption, proficiency and business readiness.
Monitor effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust approaches where needed.
Report on change adoption progress, risks, issues and opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in Change Analyst, Change & Adoption Manager or similar roles.
Knowledge of change methodologies such as ADKAR / Prosci.
Experience in rolling out communications and engagement plans across varied stakeholders.
Ability to design and deliver clear, engaging communication and training plans.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships across business and technical teams.
Experience supporting business process mapping, improvement and adoption tracking.
Creative in delivering communications through multiple formats and channels.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
