About the role

  • Inventory Control Analyst responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and conducting quality control operations. Collaborating with teams to analyze discrepancies and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Research inventory discrepancies, including hold tasks, empty bins, old DCGEN slots, aging inventory, and high variances.
  • Process daily inventory adjustments for damaged, misallocated, or inaccurate items.
  • Monitor adjustment trends, identify root causes, and recommend procedural or process improvements.
  • Create detailed reports, logs, and audit summaries for the IC/QC Manager.
  • Assist with E‑Commerce and Samples inventory depletion, including weekly non‑movement cleanup.
  • Communicate regularly with Operations, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to relay findings and drive corrective action.
  • Support project planning, resource coordination, and cross‑department collaboration.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies, improve accuracy, and strengthen system integrity.
  • Provide backup leadership support and function as the main point of contact during periods when the Manager is not present.
  • Provide workflow coordination and guidance to IC/QC associates.
  • Ensure continuity of daily operations and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of Inventory Control, Quality Control, or warehouse experience (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; forklift experience required.
