About the role

  • To achieve cash targets in line with expectations
  • To control and monitor the daily cash allocation
  • To ensure correct procedures and processes are in place as per guidelines established to allocate cash from customers on a daily basis
  • Ensure all Client queries are resolved within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure that your customers are your first priority and excellent customer service is delivered at all times
  • To develop effective regular communication links with finance head office bank reconciliation
  • Taking part in any other ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills including Word/Excel
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Good spoken & written communication skills
  • Good organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Comfortable working to and achieving targets
