Responsibilities
To achieve cash targets in line with expectations
To control and monitor the daily cash allocation
To ensure correct procedures and processes are in place as per guidelines established to allocate cash from customers on a daily basis
Ensure all Client queries are resolved within agreed timeframes
Ensure that your customers are your first priority and excellent customer service is delivered at all times
To develop effective regular communication links with finance head office bank reconciliation
Taking part in any other ad hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
Strong IT skills including Word/Excel
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
Good spoken & written communication skills
Good organisational skills & attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team and independently
Experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Comfortable working to and achieving targets
