Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in career services, recruitment, community building or a related area.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- German language is a strong plus.
- Track record of strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with tech talent acquisition best practices and hiring trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills and project management skills.
- Ability to learn new technical tools and platforms.
