Responsibilities
Conducts analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMart's in conjunction with deep business subject matter expertise
Works in partnership with business leaders to present or generate appropriate insights
Undertakes and completes a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes
Provides seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members
Acts as the primary interface with business to bridge and translate business requirements to analytics and reporting needs
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or; 5+ year of relevant experience
Lean Six Sigma black belt certification strongly preferred
Experience implementing low code automation and process improvement based on data driven insights preferred
Experience with low code automation tools (e.g., RPA, Power Apps) preferred
Proven ability to implement change with quantifiable results in a matrixed environment preferred
Proven ability to use statistical analysis tools such as Minitab preferred
PMP certification preferred
Agile (SAFE, Scrum, etc.) or Design Thinking experience preferred
