Responsibilities
Targeted cold calling to Marketing/CRM decision-makers
Creation of personalized multi-touch sequences (20 days)
Strategic selection: target premium accounts curated by leadership. You are encouraged to suggest new accounts — we value initiative and market insight.
Pitch the right product to the right persona and company profile in under 20 seconds
Convert interest into qualified meetings for Account Executives
Target: 7 SQOs per month in a stimulating, merit-based environment, with a progressive ramp-up during the first quarter
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a BDR/SDR in the B2B tech sector
Strong command of outbound prospecting and cold calling
Bonus: experience selling complex SaaS solutions
Excellent communication: clear pitching, effective negotiation, and active listening
Organized approach: detail-oriented, methodical follow-up, and strong prioritization skills
Adaptability: comfortable with change, quick learner, and able to manage stress
Relationship building: able to build rapport, collaborate effectively, and engage proactively
Familiarity with (appreciated): Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Ringover, Brevo, Gong, Dust AI
