About the role

  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of profitable new business opportunities
  • Selling contracted services into commercial sectors across your territory
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Creating and presenting strategic sales plans, reports, and forecasts
  • Working closely with the Regional Commercial and Depot Managers to align on campaigns and local strategies
  • Acting as the main point of contact between Biffa and prospective customers
  • Leading pricing negotiations and tailoring solutions to fit client needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new business sales—especially selling contracted services
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work autonomously
  • Full UK Driving Licence
