About the role

  • Deliver growth plans for the assigned territory with a focus on Sales and Gross Profit within the Food & Beverage industries.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial F&B sector to expand Diversey’s market presence.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow the customer portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis specific to support business growth strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to design tailored solutions that address customer operational needs.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts with customers and channel partners in line with company guidelines.
  • Represent Diversey at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
  • Monitor industry developments, regulatory updates, and customer trends to align sales activities with Diversey’s industrial strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in Business Development or Technical Sales, preferably within the Food & Beverage sector
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage manufacturing processes
  • Willingness to travel within the territory to support customers, attend industry events, and drive business development
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
