About the role

  • Prospect and pitch new business opportunities (through cold calls, email marketing, etc.).
  • Support the organization and follow-up of the Business Development process, including pipeline management, account planning, CRM utilization, and pitching.
  • Conduct commercial and trend analysis, scenario modeling, and opportunity assessment.
  • Support pitch meeting preparation: by creating presentations, ensuring organization, validating information, analyzing data, and gathering commercial and operational insights from the internal team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as they apply to all financial and non-financial transactions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, with online sales experience and e-commerce being a plus.
  • Experience in lead generation and account management is also beneficial.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, KPI-driven sales environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Fully fluent in Thai with a good command of English.
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Highly organized and accurate.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com a plus).
