Responsibilities
Hands-on operational oversight + active supervision
Monitoring picking, packing, and shipping workflows
Overseeing return processing & inspections
Coaching associates in real time
Ensuring safety compliance and SOP adherence
Resolving live operational issues (short picks, damages, carrier delays)
Quality control checks
Balancing labor between outbound & reverse logistics
Systems management + coordination + reporting
WMS / ERP inventory updates
KPI tracking (return rates, cycle time, productivity)

Investigating order discrepancies
Compliance documentation
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a omni channel warehouse, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Strong understanding of return processes and inventory/quality control.
Physical requirements: lifting at least 50 lbs.
Ability to work OT and weekends during Peak Shipping Periods.
