About the role

  • Customer advisor in E-Commerce specializing in tent solutions, providing support through phone and email. Engaging with customers to enhance their buying experience and managing data in SAP.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for our customers who reach out by phone or email
  • Through a comprehensive training program and extensive onboarding, you will become an expert in our tent products
  • With this expertise, you advise customers and support them in their purchasing decisions
  • Within the team, you discuss the latest market trends and exchange insights on customer needs
  • You record and maintain customer data in our ERP system, SAP

Requirements

  • You have native-level German proficiency
  • You enjoy working with people and have a friendly, communicative manner
  • You take pleasure in advising and selling and have a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Ideally, you have initial experience with SAP
