Responsibilities
Prospección y captación de nuevos clientes: identificar y contactar clientes potenciales dentro de diversos sectores (importadores, exportadores, etc.), comprender sus necesidades logísticas y presentar soluciones personalizadas de Freight Forwarding (transporte marítimo, aéreo, terrestre, aduanas, etc.)
Gestión de cuentas existentes: cultivar relaciones a largo plazo con clientes actuales, identificar oportunidades de up-selling y cross-selling (seguros, almacenaje, etc.), y asegurar su satisfacción
Negociación y cierre de ventas: elaborar y presentar propuestas comerciales competitivas, negociar tarifas y condiciones, y cerrar acuerdos
Análisis de mercado: investigar tendencias del mercado, la competencia (otros freight forwarders) y las necesidades de los clientes para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
Colaboración interna: trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de shipments, pricing y finanzas para garantizar una experiencia fluida para el cliente
Reporte y análisis: realizar un seguimiento de las actividades de ventas, generar informes de rendimiento y analizar los resultados para identificar áreas de mejora
Cross & upselling: ofrecer productos complementarios para lograr incrementar el GP de la cuenta así como rutas alternativas que permitan fidelizar a los clientes y brindar una solución integral
Requirements
5-7 años de experiencia en ventas dentro del sector Freight Forwarding..
Experiencia en la gestión de cuentas clave, incluyendo la negociación de contratos y el desarrollo de soluciones a medida para clientes
Conocimiento profundo de Incoterms, regulaciones internacionales y gestión de riesgos
Habilidades de comunicación y colaboración interdepartamental.
Requerimientos deseables: Conocimiento de Salesforce y CargoWise.
