About the role

  • Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for Fresha, the beauty and wellness marketplace. Focused on outbound business development and managing the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets consistently
  • Outreach to key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches
  • Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners
  • Work closely with other departments for a seamless partner experience
  • Provide feedback about ongoing market trends

Requirements

  • 2 + years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success
  • SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms experience is highly desirable
  • True hunter and relationship builder
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is an added bonus
