About the role

  • Business Development Executive for DMS Logistics, specializing in logistics for the automotive industry. Responsible for developing client relations and managing service implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new clients within the automotive industry;
  • Promote our tools to clients, also facilitating contact between the TAA and the client for implementation and monitoring;
  • Update contacts in the system;
  • Ensure compliance with quality policies and, when applicable, open and monitor corrective actions for RNCs (nonconformities) when process deviations are identified;
  • Report monthly to the industry manager on challenges encountered and successes achieved;
  • Expand knowledge about our operations in the automotive industry;
  • Maintain records of meetings and events and share them with the relevant departments;
  • Share insights on customer questions or dissatisfaction with industry, product, and operations managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Intermediate to advanced English — will be tested;
  • Experience with service providers in the logistics sector or freight forwarding agents;
  • Knowledge of the specificities of automotive industry logistics — desirable.
