About the role

  • Business Development Engineer focusing on F/T Sensors applications in Europe. Collaborating with customers in high-growth markets such as Humanoids and Warehouse Automation.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the use and application of F/T Sensors across Europe, focusing on high-growth markets.
  • Identify potential customers in Humanoids, Warehouse Automation, and Surgical Robotics.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide first-level technical support and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to align product offerings with market needs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in engineering or a technical field with relevant experience in electromechanical sales or applications engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and influence skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Technical understanding of robotic platforms, architecture, and interfacing.
  • Experience in diagnosing and designing technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, lead management, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel globally (up to 30%).
  • Fluent in English, every additional European language is a plus
