Responsibilities
Identificar y prospectar nuevas cadenas hoteleras y hoteles independientes para expandir el catálogo de Despegar.
Prospección y generación de nuevos clientes.
Comprender necesidades del cliente, adaptar propuestas y entregar valor a través de soluciones personalizadas.
Gestionar cuentas grandes, interactuar y cerrar negociaciones con tomadores de decisión clave.
Coordinar internamente con equipos multidisciplinarios (Producto, Finanzas, Marketing, entre otros) para garantizar la exitosa implementación de cada cliente.
Identificar tendencias, competidores y nuevas oportunidades en la región.
Monitorear resultados, medir performance y reportar avances de forma autónoma.
Requirements
Graduado/a en Ingenierías, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
Experiencia de entre 2 y 3 años en roles comerciales, prospectando y desarrollando negocio.
Inglés avanzado (capaz de hacer presentaciones comerciales)
Habilidades de prospección y negociación con nivel estratégico o directivo.
Capacidad demostrada para la venta consultiva y creación de relaciones comerciales duraderas.
Alta capacidad analítica para la presentación de resultados, reportes y estrategias.
Pasión por la tecnología, la innovación y el turismo.
Basado en Cancún o Playa del Carmen
