About the role

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CE, and Field Service
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience
  • Design and implement Power Platform solutions to automate workflows, enhance reporting, and improve data accessibility
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system enhancements
  • Support data integrity, governance, and compliance across integrated systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides
  • Assist in managing third-party vendors and consultants for system upgrades, integrations, and customizations
  • Monitor system usage and performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage updates, patches, and integrations with other business systems
  • Support Delta Medical Systems' quality policy through compliance with quality management system documentation
  • Follow strict security protocols and be responsible for maintaining and safeguarding proprietary data
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities to align systems with operational goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central, CE, Field Service)
  • Proficiency in Power Platform tools: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, operations, customer service, and field service
  • Experience with data modeling, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications preferred
  • Experience with AL development in Business Central (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Dataverse and Azure services (preferred)
  • Knowledge of integration tools or Power Automate connectors (preferred)
  • Follow strict security protocols and maintain/safeguard proprietary data
