Gathers and defines requirements for invoicing, payments, underwriting, and FP&A reporting
Collaborates with finance and analytics teams to ensure our manufacturer rebate systems meets evolving business needs
Acts as the primary liaison for Manufacturer-related BA activities
Advisor to matrixed business partners, helping them translate their business vision into requirements, technical specifications, and define project approach
Solve complex, large-scale customer challenges to produce solutions
Perform as a strategic communications advisor with a focus on business transformation
Communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business and technology stakeholders; providing a delivery framework that ensures quality and success
Effectively collaborate with technical resources across agile teams on all critical program efforts; ensuring teams are fully aligned on project scope, user stories, testing, and acceptance criteria
Participate in team code reviews, coordinate and if appropriate execute user acceptance testing
Maintain excellent documentation of all work
Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team, propose and implement solutions
Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience supporting technical Business Operations and / or Production Support activities
Minimum 5 years of technical writing including inter-connected system diagrams and complex process flows
Experience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services (preferred)
Experience with highly complex, inter-connected systems and business processes (preferred)
Experience working in an Agile environment (recommended)
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics in a matrixed environment
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
