About the role

  • Advisor to business and information technology teams on how to effectively navigate technology systems, table structures, business processes, data flows, and more
  • Gathers and defines requirements for invoicing, payments, underwriting, and FP&A reporting
  • Collaborates with finance and analytics teams to ensure our manufacturer rebate systems meets evolving business needs
  • Acts as the primary liaison for Manufacturer-related BA activities
  • Advisor to matrixed business partners, helping them translate their business vision into requirements, technical specifications, and define project approach
  • Solve complex, large-scale customer challenges to produce solutions
  • Perform as a strategic communications advisor with a focus on business transformation
  • Communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business and technology stakeholders; providing a delivery framework that ensures quality and success
  • Effectively collaborate with technical resources across agile teams on all critical program efforts; ensuring teams are fully aligned on project scope, user stories, testing, and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in team code reviews, coordinate and if appropriate execute user acceptance testing
  • Maintain excellent documentation of all work
  • Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team, propose and implement solutions
  • Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting technical Business Operations and / or Production Support activities
  • Minimum 5 years of technical writing including inter-connected system diagrams and complex process flows
  • Experience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services (preferred)
  • Experience with highly complex, inter-connected systems and business processes (preferred)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (recommended)
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics in a matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
