About the role

  • Sales Operations Business Analyst supporting core operational and technical initiatives across the Sales organization. Collaborating closely with Sales Operations leadership, IT, and stakeholders to drive efficiency and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and Salesforce user stories.
  • Facilitate alignment between Sales Ops, IT, and other departments to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, including current-state and future-state workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across Sales Ops.
  • Assist with backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning in partnership with IT and Sales Ops leadership.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and acceptance of new Salesforce features, system enhancements, and process changes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical or operational role.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required.
  • Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related business functions is a plus.
