Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Arc Product Director and the broader engineering team
- Translate strategic product vision, client needs, and Beghou's 30+ years of commercial expertise into clear, actionable user stories, functional requirements, and reusable product playbooks
- Run requirements workshops
- Work off business and functional requirements documentation (BRDs, FRDs, PRDs)
- Draft wireframes and workflow sketches
- Maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog that keeps the team focused on highest-impact initiatives
- Engage with Beghou's consulting and delivery teams to understand how Arc is used in the field
- Capture reusable patterns and workflows and bring those insights back into the product roadmap

- 50% Business Analysis & Requirements / User Stories: Discover, analyse, and document comprehensive requirements; maintain and refine the product backlog; write high-quality user stories
- 15% Process Mapping & Operations Enablement: Analyze client usage patterns; standardize workflows; document reusable configuration templates and best-practice playbooks
- 15% Stakeholder Communication & Training Support: Facilitate workshops and working sessions; draft release notes, training materials, and internal enablement; join client discovery conversations
- 20% Ad-hoc Strategic Analysis & Special Projects: Support legacy product consolidations (Mainsail, ARMADA, Meridian), pilot new features, evaluate new use cases, and drive special initiatives that influence the Arc roadmap
