About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify key insights and trends
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure data quality and accuracy across systems
  • Conduct data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and propose solutions
  • Ensure proper documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes
  • Provide ongoing support and training to business users on data-related tools and best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data analysis
  • Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in BGC, Taguig or Ortigas and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition
  • Ability to work onsite at the office in BGC, Taguig or Ortigas – Necessary condition
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with industry-specific technology systems
  • Willingness to report onsite as needed
  • Nice to have: Experience with data modeling
  • Nice to have: Experience with data governance
