About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify key insights and trends
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure data quality and accuracy across systems
- Conduct data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis to inform business decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and propose solutions
- Ensure proper documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes
- Provide ongoing support and training to business users on data-related tools and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data analysis
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in BGC, Taguig or Ortigas and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition
- Ability to work onsite at the office in BGC, Taguig or Ortigas – Necessary condition
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with industry-specific technology systems
- Willingness to report onsite as needed
- Nice to have: Experience with data modeling
- Nice to have: Experience with data governance
