About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their business needs.
  • Analyze and map existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Write clear functional specifications to guide technical teams.
  • Ensure coordination between technical and business teams to guarantee project success.
  • Contribute to the development of functional test strategies and support their execution.
  • Support change management by preparing training and user documentation.
  • Support solution implementation by analyzing gaps and identifying adaptation needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within IT environments.
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation and analysis techniques.
  • Comfortable with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Miro.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Able to map processes (e.g., with BPMN or Visio).
  • Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Experience in the banking, telecommunications, or energy sectors is an asset.
  • Self-directed, organized, and solution-oriented.
  • Expertise in governance, KPIs, or process optimization.
  • Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
