About the role
- Work as a Business Analyst in the R&D EHR Care agile development team alongside developers and testers
- Investigate and analyze needs, detail requirements, and design integration solutions for new and existing products
- Act as the link between developers and customers to understand end user needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with product owner(s), other business analysts, informaticians and architects
- Follow initiatives from pre-study through development to implementation at the customer’s premises
- Contribute to improving and digitizing healthcare processes and participate in team ceremonies and company initiatives
Requirements
- >5 years of working with business analysis, requirement analysis, product design or similar
- Great knowledge in how business needs can be translated into software requirements
- Great ability to collaborate with product owner(s), architects, system developers and UX designers
- Communicates fluently in English in speech and writing
- Located and have the legal right to work in Sweden (verification will be requested)
- It's a bonus: Experience of health informatics and/or integration work (e.g. API design)
- It's a bonus: Knowledge of healthcare standards and specifications (FHIR, HL7v2, RIVTA, OpenEHR, SNOMED CT)
- It's a bonus: Previously have worked within healthcare
- It's highly meritorious with experience of COSMIC and related integration solutions
