About the role
- Work closely with customers in the public sector and internal teams to understand, innovate and develop solutions according to key requirements.
- Collaborate with customers and the Technical Team to collect and analyze requirements.
- Analyze functional and non-functional IT requirements, consolidate information, and ensure full understanding by the project team in line with the applicable methodology and toolset.
- Ensure stakeholders’ concerns, requirements, and contributions are accurately captured in the requirements specification document.
- Provide input on low-level design details and patterns.
- Define specifications related to the integration with other applications and/or technological components.
- Design and propose complex solutions.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing.
- Validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for the project’s deliverables.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized Greek or international institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in the Public and/or Healthcare sector will be considered a strong asset.
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT specifications.
- Ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions, using model-based representations to collect, consolidate, and analyze complex or conflicting business information.
- Practical knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) will be considered a plus.
- UX experience and/or training will be considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of relational database principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
