About the role

  • Business Account Executive expanding Soarin Group’s client base and ensuring exceptional service throughout partnerships. Introducing businesses to managed IT, HR, cybersecurity, and telecommunication solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop lists of prospective clients.
  • Cold call and network to generate qualified leads.
  • Guide opportunities from first contact through signed agreements.
  • Build and present proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Provide accurate provisioning details to the operations team.
  • Participate in client onboarding and lead training sessions.
  • Upsell solutions to existing clients.
  • Represent Soarin Group at local business and community events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outside B2B sales.
  • Proven prospecting ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong closing skills and customer relationship management.
  • Understanding of IT, telecommunications, and cloud services.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
  • Ability to be on your feet or at a desk for extended periods.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
