About the role

  • Conduct assessments and behavior plans in school, clinic, or home settings
  • Supervise RBTs/technicians working with clients or students
  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and staff to ensure consistency across environments
  • Train and coach staff and families in evidence-based behavior strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia state line (FL, TN, SC, NC, AL)
  • Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
  • Strong skills in assessment, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration
  • Commitment to cultural responsiveness
