Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date on BMC Helix developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT service management solutions.
Requirements
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in administering BMC Helix or similar IT Service Management platforms.
Strong knowledge of BMC Helix architecture, components, and administration.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management workflows within BMC Helix.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
BMC certifications or relevant training in ITSM are a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Ruby).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
Experience with integration of BMC Helix with other enterprise applications.
Proven ability to mentor and train junior staff.
